Please read very carefully the following terms and conditions and answers to our most frequently asked questions (FAQ’S). By placing an order with Elise Charles, you agree to these terms and conditions.

We deliver WORLDWIDE to:
Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Latin America, Australia/Oceania.

DELIVERING & PROCESSING:
U.S ORDERS:

We ship anywhere within the Continental U.S. Most domestic U.S orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of order, provided items are in stock. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email within 48hrs. Some items may be shipped from different warehouse locations and may arrive separately.
Please allow extra processing time for all personalized orders.

NON U.S ORDERS:

We accept International orders, please email us at info@elisecharles.com to complete your order. Please note that actual international shipping rates will differ from automatic rates given on our website. After we have received your order, we will then confirm via email International shipping costs. Standard International delivery is approximately 9-12 business days after your order has shipped. Please Click HERE for more information on International orders & shipping policies. Our preferred form of payment for International orders is via Paypal and Bank Wire transfer. Please see more about International payments under "PAYMENT OPTIONS" below.

* In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. We will only charge you for delivery once per order.
We encourage you to order early during the holiday season, as we are sometimes delayed at that time. Please keep in mind that our processing time is provided as a guideline, it's not a guarantee.

We ship with multiple shipping carriers including UPS, US Postal Service, FEDEX, and offer door to door delivery for shipments to certain International Countries such as South Africa, and Nigeria for your convenience.
If you have any special shipping requirements or instructions, please inform us via email ( info@elisecharles.com) or note this in the comment section at checkout. Orders shipped via Standard shipping method will be dispatched via the US Postal Service or UPS or FEDEX.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:
Shortly after placing your order on our website via our shopping cart, you will receive an email confirmation. We ask that you please review your order details and contact us immediately should you need to make any changes. Once an order has been processed and is ready to ship, no further changes can be made. Your order and shipping confirmation will be sent via the shipping email address provided.

Most orders are processed, shipped within 3-5 business days, provided items are in stock. Personalized items take longer, depending on particular item(s) ordered.

*PLEASE NOTE : A MINIMUM TOTAL ORDER PURCHASE OF $150 IS REQUIRED IN ORDER FOR US TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER.

**The bulkiness of some of our items may cause the shipping costs to exceed the given rates significantly. If that occurs, we will contact you with the exact shipping rates prior to processing your order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept all credit card payments (including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).
We accept payments via paypal for paypal account holders.
We accept payments via International Bank Transfers
International transfers take from about 1 day to 1 week, depending also whether they are sent as express or normal. It is important that you as the sender elect to pay all fees.

There are generally three main options available regarding fees:-
(A) Payer (sender) pays all fees.
(B) Payer and beneficiary respectively pay charges.
(C) Beneficiary (recipient) pays all charges.

We credit your account with the net amount we receive, so you will need to elect for option (a) which is for the sender to pay all charges. It is important to tell your bank this, as they may otherwise select one of the other two main options. Many banks assume option (b) by default.

**Please note that orders will not be processed if the wire fee of $25 is not received with your wire transfer**

SALES TAX:
Orders shipped to addresses within the state of Pennsylvania will be charged 6% sales tax. No sales tax is charged on orders outside the state of Pennsylvania.

RUSH ORDERS:
We work to ensure that your order is received in time for your event. Expedited shipment is available via UPS next day, second day and 3day service. In instances where a rush service is required for personalized items, an extra fee will incur. Please call us at: 215.395.6096 for specific inquiries.

SAFE & SECURE ONLINE ORDERING:
All credit card information is processed through our secure, fraud resistant payment gateway and no credit card information is ever stored in our database.

PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNTS:

All Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at point of purchase. If you believe an error has occurred and you did not receive a discount that you qualified for, please contact us. If no error has occurred in the checkout process, Elise Charles does not offer refunds for discounts not received.
We offer discounts on larger quantities and wholesale pricing on some products. Join us on facebook to get exclusive insider information on new items, sales and promotions before anyone else.

SAMPLES:
Some of our products are available for purchase as samples. All samples are charged at the unit price of the product as well as shipping and handling fees. Need questions answered about samples? Please contact us to inquire about specific products.

ARTWORK/LOGO FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
We accept electronic art ( vector based art, preferably .eps or jpg, with text converted to curves or outlines). Artwork may be emailed to: info@elisecharles.com. If touch up, re-drawing or design is required, a fee might apply depending on work required.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
:
The following items CANNOT be returned: personalized items, edibles, custom made and custom made to order products, samples, ribbons, sale items and any opened items with obvious signs of use. 
All products not eligible for return are covered under their respective warranty.

*Due to hygenic reasons, all sales on cosmetics, and other personal items are final and are not returnable.
*Personalized gift items can only be returned if there are errors on our part in either embossing, imprinting or engraving your details.

CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS - NON RETURNABLE:
Orders of custom-made products and special order items are cut to your specifications and as such are non-returnable. Once these items are in production, your order becomes nonreturnable.

Items that are returned without prior written authorization (RMA #) will be returned to sender or may be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.

Select unused, unopened, re-sellable merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange, within 10 days from original purchase date when accompanied by a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form issued by Elise Charles. A refund or credit or exchange is issued only after product is received and reviewed.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT:

1. Please contact us at info@elisecharles.com to request an RMA number
Please include your order number.

2. If we have authorized a return, please ship the item back to us within 10 days of having received the completed RMA form.  Please enclose a copy of the original invoice or email confirmation if possible.

3. Unopened items must be received in a re-sellable condition. Returned product(s) must be in original condition in their original packaging. We offer a refund or store credit for the product price only. We cannot accept returns of opened or used product(s), or product(s) received more than 21 days after purchase.

No refund or store credit will be issued without a completed RMA form included with the return.

For security reasons, we suggest using reliable shippers such as UPS or Fedex who have online tracking. Please note it may take up to 5 business days to process a return once it arrives back to us. Please indicate your *order number*, *reason for the return*, and the *specific items* you are returning.

Shipping costs on returns as well as the original shipment are non refundable.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN:
Once your return is processed, you will be credited the price of the product(s) less original shipping & handling costs.

FREE SHIPPING ITEMS WHICH ARE RETURNED:
If an item which was ordered under our "Free Shipping" special is returned for a refund, the original shipping charge we incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded to your credit card.

REFUSED OR RETURNED BOXES:
Once an order has shipped it is considered to be a completed transaction and is subject to our standard return policy. Refusing a package does NOT entitle you to a full refund. Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return service fees from UPS, FEDEX or USPS.

What is Divaderme Lash Extender ?
Divaderme Lash Extender is an all-natural product consisting of tiny fibers made from cellulose, panthenol, and vitamin E.

How does Divaderme Lash Extender work?
Divaderme LashExtender’s tiny fibers adhere to your own lashes in
conjunction with your favourite mascara, giving you thicker longer lashes.
They also add an eyeliner effect, making your eyes appear larger as well.
First, get ready everything you’ll need: mascara, the LashExtender and
the soft small brush that comes with it. Next, curl your lashes and
then apply a first layer of mascara on the entire length of your lashes.

Immediately apply Divaderme Lash Extender followed by another layer of mascara to seal on the LashExtender fibers.Before applying LashExtender, it is important to shimmy the LashExtender applicator stick out of its bottle, then tap two or three times to remove excess fibers. Shimmying the applicator stick prevents wastage. One layer of Divaderme Lash Extender will give you beautiful longer lashes and a natural daytime look. If you want super long ultra glam Las Vegas showgirl eyes, you can continue to apply alternating layers of Divaderme Lash Extender and mascara to the tips of your lashes only, to obtain the length and thickness that you desire. A few excess fibers may fall on your lid or face. Simply brush them off with the soft small brush that comes with the Divaderme Lash Extender kit.

Any special tricks to applying flawless Divaderme Lash Extender ?
Do one eye at a time. Have your Divaderme Lash Extender bottle open and ready to go so your mascara doesn’t dry out before you’re ready to apply the fibers.

Be sure to shimmy the Divaderme Lash Extender applicator out of its bottle before completely pulling out. Remember to tap the applicator two or three times to remove excess product. Apply Divaderme Lash Extender by rolling the applicator onto your lashes while your mascara is still wet. Use Divaderme MascaraDiva. If you use any other mascara, it must be fresh and thin, not thick and cakey. Remember that your own technique will improve with practice. Practice, practice, practice. You’ll be amazed with your results.

Which mascara should I use?
Without a doubt, Divaderme Lash Extender works best with Divaderme MascaraDiva. Divaderme’s mascara is an all-natural product that has been specially formulated to hold the lash extender fibers all day and all night for long length without clumping. Because of its consistency, the lash extender fibers adhere very well and stay the whole day. If the mascara you use is too dry, too thick, or too old, the fibers will not stick well and will flake off during the day.

Can I use Divaderme Lash Extender if I already have mascara on my lashes?
Yes, you can. You can build upon and layer as much as you want for longer length, but you get better glam lashes if you start fresh.

Can I use Divaderme Lash Extender if I wear contact lenses?
Absolutely yes. You’ll get amazing results.

Can I use Divaderme Lash Extender if I’ve been using Latisse, Rapid Lash, Revitalash, Jan Marini’s or another lash growth stimulator?
Absolutely yes. You’ll have incredibly long lashes.

How do I remove LashExtender?
If you use Divaderme mascara, it will wash off easily. However, if you use waterproof mascara, you’ll need a make-up remover – whatever you usually use to remove your mascara will work.

Is Divaderme Lash Extender harmful in any way?
No. As a matter of fact, it is better for you than applying false lashes or extensions. False lash adhesive may irritate gentle eyelid skin and may pull off your own natural lashes when removed. Professionally applied lash extensions may weigh down and weaken your own eyelashes, leading to lash loss and thinning. Divaderme Lash Extender has none of these adverse effects.

Is Divaderme Lash Extender safe?
Yes, Divaderme Lash Extender is produced in the United States and made from natural ingredients - no synthetic fibers.

How long does Divaderme Lash Extender last?
Once you apply LashExtender to your lashes, it should stay on the entire day if you are applying it with MascaraDiva. If you use another kind of mascara, it may flake off during the day. Depending on the amount used, one bottle of Divaderme Lash Extender may easily last 4-6 months. Its shelf life is one year after the bottle is first opened.
