1. How do I place my Order?
Browse through our website and add your items to your shopping cart (please ensure you update to the right quantities needed). We accept payments via paypal, credit cards (discover, master card & visa), cashiers check, money orders & personal checks. Orders made with personal checks are processed only when checks have been received and cleared.

2. Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders shipped to addresses within the state of Pennsylvania will be charged 6% sales tax. No sales tax is charged on orders outside the state of Pennsylvania.

3. Will I receive an email confirmation for my order?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. We ask that you please review your order details and contact us immediately should you need to make any changes. Once an order has been processed and is ready to ship, no further changes can be made. Your order and shipping confirmation will be sent via the shipping email address provided.

4. Do you ship internationally?
We have diverse clients and so welcome international orders. If you are an international customer, please contact customer service for assistance in completing your order.

5. What shipping methods are available?
Elise Charles ships via UPS Ground and/or Air, and freight forwarders for certain International shipments. Standard delivery is approximately 9-12 business days after your order has shipped. Please contact us for more details.

6. Do you offer samples?
Some of our products are available for purchase as samples. All samples are charged at the unit price of the product as well as shipping and handling fees. Need questions answered about samples? Please contact us to inquire about specific products.

7. Can I rush my order?
We work to ensure that your order is received in time for your event. Expedited shipment is available via UPS next day, second day and 3day service. In instances where a rush service is required for personalized items, an extra fee will incur. Please call us at: 215.395.6096 for specific inquiries.

8. How do I get my artwork/logo to you?
We accept electronic art ( vector based art, preferably .eps or jpg, with text converted to curves or outlines). Artwork may be emailed to: info@elisecharles.com. If touch up, re-drawing or design is required, a fee might apply depending on work required.

9. What is your Return Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us.
If you are however not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to us for an exchange or refund (less shipping costs) within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please email us at: info@elisecharles.com to start your return process. You will be issued a return number. Please note, we do not accept any returns without this number which must be posted clearly on the outside package. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

For security reasons, we suggest using reliable shippers such as UPS or Fedex who have online tracking. Please note it may take up to 5 business days to process a return once it arrives back to us.
Please indicate your *order number*, *reason for the return*, and the *specific items* you are returning.

The following items CANNOT be returned: personalized items, edibles, cosmetics, custom orders or special made items, samples, ribbons, sale items and any opened items with obvious signs of use.

Which mascara should I use?
